The online check-in is a real time saver. It lets me know if theres a wait or if I can come right in!!

Using this app dramatically reduces the time I wait to get my haircut. Especially when Im getting my haircut over lunch, I check in and by the time I get to Great Clips, Im usually next to get served. I love this app.

This app is great! Saves so much time & leaves the guessing out of how long you have to wait. Put in the salon, check in & head to the salon. They take you right away!

This app is great! I dont need an appointment; when Im ready for a haircut I look online and check in before I head to the salon. This helps save me time when life can get so busy. Its great and I recommend to all my friends!

Twice now I have opened the app and been told there is no waiting. Great. Hop in the car, drive out, open the door -- and find out there is a two hour wait. Same thing again today. This time I even closed the app and opened it a second time to confirm. Yep. No waiting. So I ho in the car and driven out only to have the app tell me as I open the door that the wait is 1.5 hours. A great idea -- if it actually worked.

Dont get this app it does not and I would not the to the haircut place its very bad

I actually find this app very helpful, especially when Im in a rush. I would definitely recommend it

I routinely check in on my phone with a 0 minute wait time only to get there and be told I must wait while there are multiple people in front of me. The app either lies to get you into the store or doesnt do any good.

The app will not let me make my local "Great Clips" my favorite?????? It just keeps making me "retry".

Salons do not keep set hours and open an close at will.

App works if the ppl at Great Clips acknowledges your check in. They can have ppl who walk in after you at the store and they can tell you they were ahead of you. WORTHLESS App. What else do you expect from Great Flops

Meh, depends on the time of day.

Your pretty much forced to download the app, which is crap. I can create an appt online but I cant create one over the phone!? How does that even make sense? Short staff during busy times of day. Staff cant seem to do anything but ask if you checked in online. Teach staff to think outside the box. Includes managers and schedulers.

I signed in and it said a 1 minute wait. I was encouraged because earlier in the day it said a 17 minute wait. I got here and the place was packed and I was number 6 on the list. Do not trust it.

I found the app has become a useless, broken tool. The latest "updates" were its undoing. Dont the developers have these beta tested before release? If they had, they would have known what the end user needed and wanted in the app.

This app was great till the update that took place on 2/13/16. Now every time I go into the app I get an message saying OOPS, and yes I do have my location services turned on.

This app worked great for a few months and now no longer loads.

You need to at least display what stylists are working at the time. I get that I might not be possible to schedule that stylus as in reserve them. That would be great and very nice. But I would settle just for knowing that the stylist I want to cut my hair is on duty

This app is good but it would help to have a section where as you check in, you can see the stylist notes and choose the hair style you want as you check in so who ever is cutting your hair knows what to have and what to do.
