Went in for a quick trim and the staff was very pleasant from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left. Their online check in service was very easy to use and allowed me to walk in and not have to wait. Great price, wonderful service and a fantastic cut. Thanks Great Clips!!!!!

All the app does is give me directions to where I know the salon is. It will not allow me to book a time. Downloaded twice and still does not work. A complete waste on my time

So last nite I use the App to see theres 0 waiting time and I drive to the Milton location on Derry/Bronte only to get bumped by a guy that booked online over 2 hours earlier. The Manager deleted his spot bc more than one hour past but she still bumped me. I left the store to their competitor and saved money too. I wont use this service again.

It doesnt show you open-close times, and it doesnt allow you to check in at a specific time, only now.

Love this. Gets you in line before you show up. Saves so much time. Only wish the restaurants had this technology.

Who said a good app has to be complicated? This is a very simple app that virtually has only one function - check in and skip the line. What else do I need? Nothing! Great app, did exactly the right thing.

Was working great for me until today when it keeps telling me that the network is not available. Please fix as soon as possible :)

Great app! I checked in, saw that I had a 35-minute wait, and took my time getting there. By the time I did, I was first in line. So convenient!

Let you check in to the locations even though waiting time passed closing time. Should warn if the store is closing before waiting time

I love this app! When Im ready for a haircut I can find the salon closest to me and check right in. My name goes onto the wait list in the salon and gives me an estimated time to arrive. I usually walk right in and get served quickly. Thanks Great Clips

Since last update the app crashes from the start..

This app will not install even if I stop it and try again from the app store. I am on an iPhone 6. I now have to find a way to forcefully remove the app because it became a zombie.
